During any lockdowns we issue a safe access form for all our homeowners to read and sign before our trades team can attend. If Government lock downs state that tradesmen can no longer visit our homeowners’ properties internally to carry out any after care works for the safety of our homeowners and our colleagues, we will contact customers to agree an amicable alternative window for us to attend. If the aftercare matter is very urgent, then we will take the necessary measures to assist and offer guidance and advice where necessary.

Please be assured that after care which is registered within the warranty period will still be honoured even if the works must take place after the warranty expiry date because of Covid-19.

Thank you.

We thank all our customers for their continued patience and understanding and taking the time to read our Covid-19 statement. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have, and we will be happy to help.
